3. Package Handling and Delivery

During order confirmation, you may request the option to inspect your order upon delivery and/or to receive only part of your order. Please note that inspection and partial delivery are not the default options.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Products, including those purchased at a discount, are eligible for return or exchange in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, except if the item has a manufacturing defect.
