Return & Exchange Policy
At Latoya, we guarantee your right to return or exchange items within 14 days from the date of receiving your order, provided that the products are in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached, in the following cases:
If the product has a manufacturing defect or is not suitable (for example, wrong size, fit, or style), you are entitled to exchange it for the same item or any other item from Latoya of equal or higher value (by paying the difference if applicable). The original purchase invoice must be presented, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you wish to request a refund, we will arrange to collect the product within 14 days of delivery after confirming that it meets the return conditions.
Important Note:
Evening wear items are not eligible for return or exchange.
This policy also does not apply to discounted products or special promotions.
How to Return a Product
- Contact our Customer Service team to request a return.
- Provide your order number and the required details to confirm your request.
- Prepare the product with the original invoice and fill out the return form, specifying the items, quantities, and reason for return.
- If you’ve lost the invoice or form, our customer service team will assist you.
- Once all steps are completed, hand the return package to the shipping company representative.
Refund Process & Methods
All returned products are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Once approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method:
For card payments: Refunds are typically processed within 15 business days on average (processing times may vary depending on your bank).
For cash on delivery: Refunds can be transferred to your bank account, digital wallet, or through other available methods by contacting customer service.
Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
